H6 Energy is on the ground in Tanzania. 

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)  will lead the education sector in  East Africa and create a highly skilled and talented workforce. Education is the key for Africa. Math, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, and Telecommunications are critical for survivability and sustainability on the African Continent. Investments must continue to flow without pause to all education sectors--K-12, Vocational, and University education and training. 

H6 Energy is fully engaged with Vocation, Education, Training, and Nelson Mandela Institute of Science and Technology University to transform how education and training are currently delivered in Tanzania. H6 Energy is implementing processes to scale up the amount of students enrolled in vocational education throughout Tanzania. Our goal is to have a minimum 100,000 students enrolled in VETA education and training at all times. 

Hands-on and On-The-Job-Training will provide much needed training and experience that will prepare the workforce to participate, and lead existing and future projects in Africa.
